Growing up as a child, my dad would assign chores to my siblings and I. Later, I realised between my brother and me, my list increases. Dad entrusted those chores to his sons because he knew we are dependable. He handed more responsibilities to me because I will get the tasks accomplished according to his instructions.
Scripture advises that we entrust our efforts to the Lord. By doing so, our plans will succeed. The act of assigning implies that our faith is in the Lord. We trust Him. We have absolute confidence in Him.
The Lord will never let you down because it is His nature to succeed. When you entrust your efforts to Him, instantly He will pick you up and carry you on His shoulders. He prefers a time of fellowship in the midst of attaining goals and achievements. His desire is for you to learn the art of partnering with Him. In this partnership, He ensures your plans will succeed.

A Prayer for Today:
Dear God, I lay down all of my wills, efforts and human wisdom before Your throne. This act is to proclaim that You are my Lord and I choose to come under Your domain. As I entrust my lifelong goals to You, I will succeed. In Jesus’ name, I pray, and all of God’s people say, amen!
