Life, at times, is like a rollercoaster ride. It has ups and downs. It is surrounded by challenges. When crisis gushes in and when uncertainty flaps right on your face, fear not because your heavenly Father will speak forth His commands. He would say to you, ”Be still and know that I am God.”
When the fishermen toiled an entire night and caught nothing, they failed to bring in incomes; they were discouraged and disappointed; troubled they were in for not able to provide for their family. Then Jesus showed up and gave a single command. That command brought them great joy! They caught more than they had ever done.
I want to encourage you to tune your ear and heart to His command. His command brings us joy, peace, comfort and surprises.

A Prayer for Today:
Dear Father, I ask for a greater desire to listen to Your command. I want to enjoy hearing Your voice. Today I rededicate my heart to You. I want to fall in love with You once more. I want to be a lover who enjoys being with You all day and night. I always want to love You. In Jesus’ name.
