It was at the end of 2014 when I knew in my spirit that the Lord was going to transition my family and shift us. I did not know precisely where or when, but I knew it was soon. In January 2015, my journey began as I took the first step as an act of faith. In other words, I started to take action as though I was confirmed shifting. My first step was to start a decluttering process and create a storage catalogue. This system enables me to find my things quickly. I had packed most of our storage items when we left for a family holiday that soon became an overseas migration. Returning from our holiday, we were given only five weeks to pack up and fly back. It did not take long for us to pack as I had already started the process.
God knows our future and that which is to come. We need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and be led by Him even if we do not see the opportunity. The bible says in Hebrews 11: 1 (KJV) “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
As we act by faith, we live as though we already have that which we believe God for in our lives. Take reasonable action one step at a time. God will surprise us!
