Growing up as a child, my mother frequently instilled values into my siblings and me. One of the many qualities of which I remember vividly, as though it was yesterday’s instruction is, not to be greedy. I must not love money, but learn to feel content with what I have. I thank the Lord for my godly and wise mother. Her advice is now a key to freedom from worldly entanglement.
The Apostle Paul advice his church not to acquire the love of money instead learns to be satisfied with what they have obtained. He went on telling them that God will never leave nor will He forsake them. The church needs to refocus on God. Through God alone, they would receive the abundance.
God is the greatest Father, the most righteous and just King; He will ensure all His children and His citizens live comfortably under His reigns. Such is more than a concept. It is a vital principle, and when you can embrace it, your life will flourish. The abundant blessings will flow into those who possess wisdom and understanding to manage money while not loving it.

A Prayer for Today:
Dear God, thank You for setting me free from the entrapment of materialism. Today, I do not need to chase after money and riches of the world. All I need is to refocus on You. I’m to place my security in You. I humble myself to ask from You, a divine understanding and wisdom to manage wealth. It’s Your will that I inherit resources and be an excellent wealth manager. Today, I’m no longer a container to money and riches. Instead, I’m a well with proper distribution channels of Kingdom wealth and resource. I’m called to bless Your other children. In Jesus’ name, I pray, and all of God’s children say, amen!!!
