All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. (2 Corinthians 1:3-4, NLT)
While I was meditating on the Scripture, I heard a gentle voice speaking to my heart.
God: Son, you are the extension of My hands and heart. I am pouring My love and comfort all over you so that you could do the same to My other children.
“That is a tall order, but if Your grace is upon me, I am more than happy to do so,” I replied.
God: Only believe and be willing. I will do the rest and trust Me, I will touch many hearts and souls, and I will allow you to taste the goodness of the Lord.
I am so blessed hearing the voice of the Lord whispering into my heart and soul. What else can I say but humble myself in prayer?
Let us pray:
Dearest Holy Spirit, I am a sinner redeemed by Your grace. Your kindness humbles me. All that You had shown to me, and going to show me, they are about to transform me. Your comfort and joy will only increase day-by-day. Let them overflow all over me so that I could be Your extension of hands and heart. Thank You for loving me. In Jesus’ name, I pray, amen!
